After a nose job, most patients experience swelling and bruises for up to a week. These bruises may extend outwards and upwards to cause the appearance of a “black eye.” Most patients return to work in one to two weeks. During this recovery phase, it is important to keep the head and neck elevated. The initial results of the procedure are visible in about two months, with some subtle shifting possible for up to a year.
